Where is the wedding taking place?
The wedding ceremony, reception, and hotel is at Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. Address is 199 WOODCLIFF DR FAIRPORT, NY 14450.
What is the best way to get to the Venue?
From the Syracuse area, go west on I-90 until you reach Exit 45, I-490. On I-490, take Exit 29 towards Victor (veer to the right) to get on NY-96 N. After that, make a right on NY-96 until you reach Woodcliff Drive, to which you will make a right. Destination will be on your left up on the hill.
From the Buffalo Area, go east on I-90 until you reach exit 47, I-490. On I-490, take Exit 28 to get on NY-96 N. After that, make a left onto NY-96 S. After that, make a left onto Woodcliff Drive. Destination will be on your left up on the hill.
Can I bring a Guest?
As much as we would like to include everyone for our big day, please only bring guests listed on your invitation.
Is there a dress code?
Please wear semi-formal suit/dress attire.
Is your ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
The wedding reception will be an outdoor ceremony. However, the reception and after party will be indoors.
What's going to happen if it rains during the ceremony?
Ceremony would take place at Woodcliff Hotel & Spa’s Event Center if inclement weather were to occur.
Will there be a shuttle?
We will not be providing a shuttle since the ceremony and reception will be happening at the hotel we are reserving at. If guests aren’t staying at Woodcliff, it is their responsibility on getting a ride back to their hotel or home.
What is the parking situation like?
Woodcliff has a big enough parking lot to provide all guests with a free parking spot.
Can I bring my kids?
As much as we would like to include everyone for our big day, please only bring guests listed on your invitation.
Can I bring alcohol?
You can bring alcohol to have in your hotel room. However, during the reception you will not be allowed to bring your own alcohol.
WIll there be an open bar?
Yes. It will be an open bar during the reception and the after party. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol to either event per NYS rules.
Will your wedding be live streamed?
Currently, there are no plans in place to livestream the wedding.
Does your wedding have a wedding hashtag?
